SUPPLEMENT: Revised budget and auditors\u00b4report<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the Association\u00b4s annual meeting on 2016-04-16 it was decided that the board should investigate if the monthly payments to the Foundation could be increased above the SEK 50 000 stated in the revised budget for 2016. \u00a0After reviewing the matter with the Foundation, the Association\u00b4s board decided in its meeting on 2016-06-07 to revise the budget for 2016.\u00a0 The Association thus intends to pay SEK 55 000 per month, corresponding to SEK 660 000 total for 2016.\u00a0 In the period January to April (included), as a consequence of this decision, the Association already paid SEK 250 000 and so the total payment to the Foundation for 2016 will amount to SEK 660 000.<\/p>\n

The increased payment for 2016 isn\u2019t based on expectations of any essential increase in future income but rather on the possibility to draw temporarily from the Association\u00b4s assets.\u00a0 The Foundation in turn has committed to immediately initiate savings in the schools activities, primarily on the school lunches and admission of new children to the preschool class.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the fall the board will issue a periodized budget for 2017.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>A revised budget for the Association including monthly payments to the Foundation of SEK 55 000 is enclosed hereto.\u00a0 In addition to the budget there are payments for special purposes as decided by the board.<\/p>\n

In the annual meeting no auditors\u2019 report for 2015 was presented.\u00a0 The reason was that the audit of the school\u2019s operations was not finished, and the Association\u2019s auditor required it to be available before he could approve closing of the Association\u00b4s books.\u00a0 He issued his report on June 27th, also included.<\/p>\n
